We have a long tradition of consulting projects and not only marketing projects but also topics close-up to marketing.

We have developed several marketing strategies over the last decade: we have already produced a 120-page strategy and a 2-page strategy. We had a project where only the situation analysis lasted for months and we also had a strategy that we fine-tuned every six months for several years.

In addition to developing marketing strategies we have participated in the creation and launch of new services and products. We have already developed PR strategy, an online strategy, an online sales strategy, a social media strategy. We helped our partners choose a CRM system, customize an ERP system and also had more “exotic” projects such as when we had to determine which municipalities customers were willing to enter the company’s rural stores from.
